A dehydrator, cleanser for the natural oils on the natural nail surface. Premium Bond does not penetrate the nail plate; it is only a surface dehydrator. It works in 3 to 5 seconds, leaving the natural nail clean, chalky white and ready for either primer, glue or base coat depending on the nail service.
HOW TO USE IT:
After the natural nail has been thoroughly prepared and dust completely removed, apply one light coat of Premium Bond before primer, glues or base coat.
