Returns, Exchanges & Replacements may be allowed at the discretion of Premium Nails within 30 days of the purchase.
Items purchased at a discount/reduced price are FINAL SALE; these items are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.
Returns are subject to a re-stocking fee; please call Customer Service 1-800-843-5665 for additional information.
To cancel an order, you must call Premium Nails Customer Service. If order has not shipped, it will be cancelled and refunded at no additional charge.
If order has shipped, you may refuse the order or we can call FedEx to have package returned-when the order returns, it will be refunded minus any applicable shipping costs.
Premium Nails Corporate office MUST be contacted to provide and process a return, refund, exchange or cancellation of an order.
In all cases items damaged will be deducted from refund amount or excluded from exchanging.
